Training
Several trainers’ training programmes are being organized on lines to empower the scientists and extension functionaries, managers of the NGOs for capacity building and effective transfer of technology in agriculture and allied areas for women.  The training technology is totally participatory using the principles of adult learning.  The trainings focus on gender related issues with emphasis on: Women specific technologies; Gender sensitization and Gender issues in agriculture.
